Hi, I’m Lonneke and I live in Eindhoven with husband and 2 kids. I’m self-employed and I blog on Bubblemint.nl too. I love design, citytrips (Stockholm, NY, Berlin, London… but cities in Holland as well!) and I love to go out with the kids! In Eindhoven a lot has changed the last few years and that’s a very good thing! There is a lot of creativity and especially the trending area Strijp-S (old Philipsterrain) is a good example of that.
Since six months we can enjoy a great big shop of Sissy Boy in the city centre of Eindhoven. It’s situated in the ‘Blob’ (close to the Bijenkorf). You’ll want to walk in here regularly to spot the great collections of home accessories, clothes and must-haves.
You can easily bring your kids, they will enjoy themselves on the kids department upstairs. While mom looks through the hip kids clothes (Tumble ‘n Dry, Relaunch, Mini Rodini), the kids can play in the fun playhouse or at the long table or they can play hide and seek in the dressing-tents.
The toy collection will have their attention too with nice and special stuff. On the same floor you’ll find Daily’s, the lunchroom. A nice spot for a good coffee or an honest lunch while you have a view on Eindhoven. In other words: a good and child-friendly place to remember!
