Hi! Let me introduce myself: my name is Elise and together with my boyfriend I live in the heart of Rotterdam. 2015 is going to be an exiting and good year. We’re expecting our first baby early March, a girl! Next to my passion for scents, make-up and skincare I have another love for interior and fashion. Now that I will be having a daughter, I have developed a new hobby; discovering and buying baby-fashion and gadgets; especially for girls!
Although my baby girl isn’t even here yet, here closet is already overloaded with the cutest dresses, pants, sweaters and so on. Every week I tell myself to stop buying for a while… But as you can guess, it’s a failed attempt every week! Apart from this the sweet people around us spoil us a lot.
Sturdy and cute
If I would have to describe the style I love, it’s a combination of sturdy and cute. Although I can tell you there’s not much pink in the closet… It varies from sturdy harem pants to cute flower dresses. I buy the clothes in different stores. I look at the price too, because other mothers already warned me the kids grow out of the clothes so fast! I like to combine cheaper things with a more expensive piece.
Discovered many new brands through Instagram
Because of a.o. Instagram I discovered many new brands, like Little Indians, Krijtwit, Carlijnq, Luckyno7, Hello Apparel en Mini Rodini. But I’m also addicted to the newborn collection of Zara, H&M and Hema. An outfit isn’t complete until it’s combined with the right accessories and shoes.
Can’t do without shoes
Last week I bought babies first sneakers: Nike airforce 1. And the baby moccs can’t be missing in the shoe collection either ofcourse. I have assembled some outfits, so you can have a sneak peek in the closet of our little girl. I can’t wait to put it on her! :-)
