THE NICEST KIDPROOF BEACHES OF SYDNEY by Linda

Linda is the mom of George (2013) and has been living in Australia for the past decade. They enjoy city life, places of natural beauty, hanging out with our friends, discovering new eateries and designers. Together with her sister she runs a webshop in the Netherlands: Kiwi & Koala. Whilst it is unlikely that you will catch me sun bathing, I am a beach person. I love spending time on the beach. Unfortunately, long beach walks are a thing of the past for now. George does not want to be carried anymore. He meanders and stops to admire every seashell and studies every lump of sand. (more…)

SYDNEY TIP: THE BOTANIC GARDEN BEHIND THE OPERA HOUSE by Linda

Let me introduce myself: my name is Linda, I am a Dutchy but have been living in Australia for the past decade with husband and 1 year old son. Together we enjoy city life, places of natural beauty, hanging out with our friends, discovering new eateries and designers. Together with my sister I have a webshop in the Netherlands: Kiwi & Koala. Through Kiwi & Koala we are hoping to introduce the original, beautiful brands of Australia and New Zealand, many of which are run by mums like us. In each of the big cities in Australia you will find a botanic garden, a beautiful park in the middle of the city. Sydney’s botanic garden is magical: it is amazingly quiet despite its location in the middle of a city of 4 million people. (more…)
